Stew was moving up the corporate ladder in the healthcare field, but corporate politics burnt him out and left him desiring a more artistic lifestyle. He quit his job, got a Master's degree and then he had a big decision to make in his 30s, go teach in another country or finally pursue his passion for Stand Up Comedy. Stew decided he was "too old for excuses" and now performs stand up comedy to this day.
